NC Fathers is also asking families and Judges to make sure they click on the link to the Social Security Act, Title IV, Part D, Section 458 which gives the State of NC social services agencies one dollar for every dollar they collect in child support. Judge Fox, less visitation means greater child support, and thus more money for social services.? Does this explain the bias in the NC District Courts? Judge Knight?

NC Fathers also asks Jude David Fox and Judge Peter Knight to explain to Transylvania and Polk county non-custodial voters how in a state with NO PRESUMPTION for who gets custody, and with figures from the AOC showing that women get custody 85% of the time, how is that not presumption and bias?
